Color coated steel sheet is a steel sheet with a colored organic coating or film on the surface of galvanized, aluminized, tin-plated or cold-rolled steel sheet. It plays the role of protecting the metal on the one hand, and playing a decorative role on the other. This steel plate coating can be divided into organic coating, inorganic coating and composite coating, of which organic coating steel plate is the most develped.
The surface of the plate is new color, strong adhesion, good antirust and anti-corrosion properties and good decorative properties, and can be cut, bent, drilled, riveted and rolled edge processing. (1) Anti-pollution performance. Color coated steel plate has strong anti-pollution ability, ketchup, lipstick, coffee drinks, edible oil, etc. will be coated on the surface of polyester type coating, placed for 24h, washed and dried with washing liquid, its surface gloss, color and luster without change.
(2) High temperature resistance. The color coated steel plate is continuously heated in the oven at 120℃ for 90 hours. There is no obvious change in the gloss and color of the coating.
(3) Low temperature resistance. The color coated steel plate is placed at -54℃ for 24h. There is no significant change in the bending and impact resistance of the coating.
(4) Boiling water resistance. The specimens of various coating products are immersed in boiling water for 60 minutes, and there is no change in surface gloss and color, no blistering, softening, expansion, etc.

 Color coated steel has excellent weather resistance, corrosion resistance and good processing performance.
