Nickel-based Alloy
we can ensure that the steel we source is tailored to the needs of our valued customers.
Nickel-based Alloy line

Nickel is a versatile metal that is found in abundance in the earth’s crust and core. For one, nickel is highly ductile and is valuable as an alloying element to alter the properties of other metals. For example, grades of stainless steel can be created by the addition of nickel to produce alloys that offer corrosion resistance and high-temperature endurance, making them ideal for uses in chemical plants where exposure to caustic substances may be expected.

Specification of Nickel-based Alloy

Nickel Alloy High TempDesigned to provide unique strength and/or corrosion properties at elevated temperatures. Properties such as high strength, high creep resistance, resistance to softening, or resistance to metal loss at high temperatures from oxidation, sulfidation, or carburization are present.
Nickel Alloy CorrosionThese alloys are intended for applications in the chemical processing, petroleum refining, marine, pollution, and waste control industries where common austenitic stainless steels may not provide adequate corrosion protection.
A330An austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy developed to provide excellent resistance to carburizing and oxidizing atmospheres at elevated temperatures.
A400/A400ARA ductile nickel-copper alloy with resistance to a variety of corrosive conditions (annealed and hot rolled conditions).
A600Nickel chromium alloy designed for use from cryogenic to 2000°F. It is non-magnetic and readily weldable.
A625An austenitic nickel-base super alloy possessing exceptional fatigue resistance with excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion over a wide range of conditions.
Nickel chromium alloys designed to resist oxidation and carburization at elevated temperatures. They are highly resistant to chloride stress corrosion cracking and to enbrittlement from precipitation of sigmaphase.
A825An austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy developed for exceptional corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing environments.
C-276A nickel-moly-chrome-iron-tungsten alloy which is one of the most corrosive resistant alloys used in the severest conditions.

Application of Nickel-based Alloy

Nickel-based superalloys, owing to their superior mechanical and chemical properties, find wide applications in the aerospace, marine, nuclear reactor, and chemical industries.
